Freedom employs a multidisciplinary approach to care coordination. We consistently coordinate our infusion services with our clients’ physicians and pharmacies to ensure that the needed products and supplies are delivered to coincide with our scheduled home infusion visits. As part of our care coordination, with the support of trusted healthcare partners, we can provide physical, occupational and speech language pathology therapy to our clients. Freedom’s care coordination model provides a higher quality of service and offers our clients the well-deserved convenience of receiving all of their home care services from a single provider.
When hiring the nurses for our infusion team, we thoroughly screen and evaluate all applicants and hire only the top talent in the industry. Post-hire, we offer extensive ongoing training in a variety of high-tech areas to ensure our nurses are on the cutting edge of their field. Our field nurses are regularly supervised and we offer 24 hour on-call nursing support for emergencies.
