Additionally, our Nursing Supervisors are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to address any emergencies that arise.
At Freedom Home Healthcare, we are committed to care coordination. We seamlessly coordinate our home care services with our clients’ physicians as well as their other healthcare providers to ensure our clients receive the necessary care. Additionally, our nursing services can be supplemented by services provided by our Certified Home Health Aides.
